We used SmartLab to design and deliver a series of virtual events that enabled the client to take its workforce through a series of structured activities and scenarios that connected the high-level vision with pragmatic initiatives.
The user experience engaged a population of >3000 staff and developed a network of ambassadors who are now working to implement this collaboratively created future vision. The overall engagement took 8 weeks to plan, organise and deliver.
